Traditions of Hilliard is located in Hilliard, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. We offer Assisted Living, and Memory Care in our senior retirement community. Nursing care and support, along with gracious amenities and lifestyle options are provided to our residents. We are an active adult community, within the Traditions Management family, that can help seniors with aging, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia care.
This community is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging to provide basic assisted living services. For more information on eligibility and acceptance of individuals enrolled in the assisted living program or MyCare Ohio, contact the Executive Director at the community.
