• Change the security codes on doors as needed 
• Limit access to keys to essential employees 
• On-site cameras 
• Communities are staffed 24/7/365 
• Maintain compliance with all local fire and safety codes and regulations.  

Residents have an opportunity to weigh in on safety and other concerns during our annual resident survey, but any safety concern can and should be raised immediately to a staff member or the community’s Executive Director.
